Experience:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Higher Secondary

• A Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or a Diploma in Graphic Design is preferred.

• Note: Educational qualification can be relaxed for highly experienced candidates in the printing sector.

• At least 2 years

• Software Proficiency:

  • Must have expert-level knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. (Knowledge of CorelDraw is a plus.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Must understand the difference between RGB and CMYK.

  • Strong knowledge of Spot Colors (Pantone) usage.

  • Understanding of flexible packaging materials (BOPP, PET, Poly, etc.).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Attention to detail (Spelling, measurements, and color codes must be accurate).

Job Context

We are looking for creative and technically skilled Graphic Designers to join our team. Since our core business is Gravure Printing (Packaging), the candidate must have a solid understanding of packaging design standards, color separation, and cylinder-making requirements. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs for product packaging (pouches, labels, wrappers) and preparing them for print production.

Duty Time: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Create innovative packaging designs for various products (Chips, Biscuits, Spices, detergents, etc.), keeping market trends in mind.

• Crucial: Prepare final artwork for Gravure Printing, including proper Color Separation (CMYK + Pantone/Spot Colors).

• Adjust designs according to cylinder circumference and width requirements.

• Ensure proper trapping, overprinting, and bleeding in the design to avoid printing errors.

• Coordinate with the marketing team and clients to understand their requirements.

• Check and approve digital proofs before the final cylinder making.

• Retouch images and modify existing artworks as per client feedback.
