- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Excellent command of Bangla and English typography
- Strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities & Context:
- Design and execute academic book covers, inner pages, and other publication-related creative materials
- Develop high-quality visual content in line with the company’s brand guidelines
- Ensure professional standards in typography, layout, and color application
- Work closely with the editorial and production teams to ensure timely and accurate output
- Prepare print-ready files and assist throughout the printing and production process
