Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any renowned Polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Hotel, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Duty Engineers in the development of preventative maintenance plans.
∎ Make preventative maintenance for all equipment in the laundry section (Washing Machine, Dryer Machine, Dry Clean machine, Flat Work Ironer & Press machine)
∎ Make preventative maintenance for all equipment in the kitchen Section (Dish Washing Machine, Combination Oven, Ice Machine, Tilting Pan, Commercial Gas burner & Oven)
∎ Make preventative maintenance for all equipment in the Electrical Distribution system, Industrial Automation (Inverter, VFD, and PLC), Substation Equipment's & Building Household Machines.
∎ Ensure that all equipment is operated effectively by directing and supervising the operation of all running equipment.
∎ Keep Duty Engineer closely informed of anything that could indicate malfunctions.
∎ Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation of the department and/or hotel whenever possible by making suggestions to the Duty Engineer.
∎ Attend relevant training to remain current on proper techniques.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers.
∎ Take corrective action where required to improve safety of work area.
∎ Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction of direct reports.
∎ Employ respectful discipline as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5-6 years work experience in the hotel industry/Pharmaceuticals/Service industry or equivalent in Engineering
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
∎ Advance knowledge on Laundry & Kitchen Equipment's & Electrical Automation system and engineering.
∎ Excellent service organizational skills
∎ Good oral and written communication skills
∎ Working knowledge of electrical circuit repairing & Automation for Laundry & Kitchen equipment's.
