Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:

•Strong skills in Pattern Making, Garment Fitting, and Sample Development

• Expertise in Garment Construction and Textile Materials (Woven & Knit)

• Experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)

• Proficiency in CAD software for pattern design

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Deep understanding of fit engineering, seam engineering, and fabric behavior

•Minimum 7–12 years of experience in garment manufacturing and technical development

•Experience working with structured EU/US buyers

•Proven experience in leading technical teams or development units

Responsibilities & Context:

· Take full responsibility for sample development from tech pack

to final approval

· Manage and supervise the entire sample development process

· Ensure accurate garment specifications, measurements, and fitting standards

· Conduct fit analysis and provide technical solutions for corrections

· Monitor production processes to ensure quality and fit consistency

· Maintain quality standards as per buyer requirements

· Perform fabric analysis, shrinkage control, and seam engineering evaluation

· Collaborate with designers, merchandising, and production teams to resolve technical challenges

· Ensure compliance with buyer and industry production standards

· Lead and guide technical teams or development units

· Handle buyer technical communication confidently (EU/US market)
