Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. - Diploma in Textile/Garments Technology considered with strong relevant experience. - QA/compliance certification is an advantage.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

i. Strong knowledge of knit/woven garment construction and quality standards.

ii. Ability to interpret buyer specifications and technical packs.

iii. Leadership and team management skills.

iv. Problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.

v. Attention to detail and process discipline.

vi. Computer skills for reporting (Excel, QA software).

1.Implement and monitor quality assurance processes in production and sample development.

2.Conduct inline and final inspections to prevent defects and ensure adherence to AQL standards. Evaluate samples (proto, PP, size set) for construction, measurements, trims, and workmanship. Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.

3.Train and guide QA inspectors and line quality staff.

4.Maintain quality documentation and reports for management and buyers.

5.Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and defects.

6.Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams for process optimization.
