∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform necessary routine analysis of Physical and Chemical analysis of Raw materials, bulk and finished products, Stability study, Validation, Complaints sample and trace analysis.
∎ To perform sampling and analysis of all types of samples following respective analytical SOPs. Issue necessary tag incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
∎ To check QC equipment’s log book daily. Take initiative to keep the outlook of QC Laboratory neat and clean.
∎ To perform documentation like STP, SOP, MOA, Specification and keep records of the activities of QC Laboratory according to maintaining ALCOA+ principle.
∎ Maintain working standards & CRS.
∎ To receive respective incoming Bulk product, IPQC Product, semi-finished product and finished product and keep records in receiving logbook.
∎ Batch release process (e.g. Lab Test, sample registration, Lab analysis) through ERP.
