∎ Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Engage with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products/services.
∎ Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase customer acquisition.
∎ Provide training, guidance, and support to telesales executives, ensuring high performance and motivation.
∎ Track team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management review.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
