Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Procurement Management:
∎ Identify and evaluate suppliers for medical equipment and supplies.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and product innovations.
∎ B. Inventory Management:
∎ Oversee inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of medical supplies and equipment.
∎ Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste and excess inventory.
∎ Ensure the availability of critical supplies to support patient care.
∎ Regularly assess inventory turnover and make adjustments as needed.
∎ C. Distribution and Logistics:
∎ Coordinate the distribution of supplies throughout the hospital to meet the needs of various departments.
∎ Optimize distribution routes and methods for efficiency.
∎ Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
∎ Manage transportation and logistics partners as necessary.
∎ D. Cost Control and Budgeting:
∎ Develop and manage the supply chain budget.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Monitor expenses and report on variances.
∎ Implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
∎ E. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the procurement and distribution of medical supplies.
∎ Maintain quality control standards for all supplies and equipment.
∎ Monitor and address any quality or safety issues with suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • 3-6 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
∎ • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
∎ • Skilled in data management, reporting, and trend analysis through MS Excel.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions that impact patient care.
