Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall security system of the corporate office and projects at different locations.
∎ Ensure security personnel deployment at different projects and premises on time.
∎ Maintain liaison with local administration and law & enforcement agency.
∎ Update the Group's Security Policies and SOPs.
∎ Manage departmental budget and monitor operating expenses to reduce overall costs.
∎ Ensure the protocol when needed for the Management.
∎ Evaluate Security staff performance, ensure discipline and identify training needs.
∎ Arrange recruitment, training and upgrade the skills of security guards.
∎ Manage the network of security safeguard the company's assets and, property, as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors. Physical protection responsibilities will include asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance with recording and more as per latest requirements.
∎ Assist to manage incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
∎ Prepare and review reports on incidents and breaches through investigation to resolve those issues.

∎ Age at most 35 years
