Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are ordered in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure cost-effective procurement of all the materials required for constructions as per the established procurement process.
∎ Monitoring and cross-checking of materials rate from real market source & other companies.
∎ Maintain a very good relationship with the suppliers & fetch new suppliers to ensure the best construction & other materials for the company.
∎ Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ Evaluate vendor performance based on cost, quality, and delivery and develop plans to improve supplier performance.
∎ Any other job is given by management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
∎ The incumbent should familiar with ERP.
∎ Profound analysis & people management skills.
∎ Willing to work beyond general office hours under immense pressure.
∎ The candidate should have adequate knowledge regarding construction material.
