Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Electrical:
∎ Maintain Preventive/Scheduled maintenance program in all areas of both electrical and mechanical system
∎ Troubleshoot engine systems on the equipment
∎ Perform and follow all maintenance service schedules (e.g: daily, weekly, monthly services, servicing checklist) as assigned to ensure consistent and satisfactory performance
∎ Recovery of equipment in the airport area
∎ Conduct daily checking in the airport (Apron area)
∎ Attend to related breakdowns reported by the operation as assigned
∎ Report to supervisor the necessary finding on the nature of breakdown reported and the next following task that need to be carried out and arrange accordingly
∎ Ensure proper and accurate details filled up and signed off on Service Report and work task sheets upon completion of work
∎ Ensure equipment is in working/serviceable condition before releasing to the user
∎ Will liaison with Ramp management, and Part 145 in a professional manner when needed
∎ Conduct inventory stock checks for parts that are already low on quantity.
∎ Report to higher management regarding spares
∎ Co-ordination with all out station Airports/ Stations for safe Operation and maintenance of GSE vehicles and Equipment.
∎ For Planning:
∎ Assist in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive planning, forecasting of GSE Manpower and equipment.
∎ Work closely with senior management to develop strategic plans for growth
∎ Work closely with senior management to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of operations
∎ Maintain constant communication with management, GSE Maintenance staffs, and Operators to ensure proper operations of the Airlines
∎ Track staffing requirements, prepare hiring plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in maintenance and repair tasks (Advantage if you have previous experience with ground support equipment)
∎ Basic working knowledge of heavy-duty diesel like Cummins (diesel engine, hydraulics, electrical systems)
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Expertise in MS Office, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English),
∎ Report generating ability, Team player.
∎ Should have clear understanding of GSE Vehicle Operation.
∎ Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
∎ A sound understanding of safety protocols.
∎ Strong Situational Awareness
∎ Able to handle the stress that may be caused by frequent changes due to production and maintenance
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
