∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project wise modification statement procedure.
∎ Modification related all cost sheets upgrading & properly maintaining.
∎ Additional work bill preparation.
∎ Materials supply refund bill preparation after confirming the materials supply.
∎ Confirm nature of modification after site visit.
∎ After getting confirmation of completion of any apartment / commercial prepare modification clearance certificate & & submit CRD for clearance / handover letter issue.
∎ File upgrading by certificate.
∎ Confirm each and every change before certificate issue.
∎ Completions of all the project work arrange a pre-handover meeting.
∎ Confirm the remaining work and completion time frame.
∎ Confirm the measurement with car parking,
∎ Confirm the proposed management committee.
∎ After getting project completion report communicate clients regarding handover date.
∎ Arrange hand over document list by project related all document like- equipment & its warranty card, land related document, all drawings with proper index.
∎ Confirm the car parking allotment.
∎ Confirm free service period.
∎ Keep record for all CSD related document.
∎ Monthly modification cost & refund bill submit.
∎ Any other job assign by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
