Job Responsibilities:
∎ To estimate, budget & prepare details of work quantities as per different work order format of new projects.
∎ To check drawing & give observation before finalizing.
∎ To update data & monitor in ERP system.
∎ To estimate & prepare list of materials quantity of civil, hardware, sanitary and wastage generation.
∎ Prepare details of work quantities as per different work order format.
∎ To visit project to compare the revise estimate & measurement quantity against drawing of all materials measurement for estimating & rate analysis.
∎ Ensure rate analysis of non-scheduled item.
∎ Any other task when as required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
