Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Urban and Regional/ Rural Planning from a reputed engineering university with at least CGPA 3.0 on a scale of 4.0.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct monitoring of project processes, results and immediate outcomes in the targeted towns and cities;
∎ Identify monitoring issues, set up indicators, and develop questionnaires and other tools for data collection;
∎ Conduct needs-based assessment- surveys, stakeholder consultations, in-depth interviews key informant interviews, and apply other tools for collecting qualitative and quantitative data;
∎ Reporting to Assistant General Manager (Civil Engineer) about the work progress regularly;
∎ Preparation of Construction Documents (Working Drawings) with necessary detailing & specifications;
∎ Preparation of 2D, 3D Presentation (3D Models, Rendered Images);
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the land/project;
∎ Day-to-day management of the group, including supervising and monitoring the labor and providing Raw materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel;
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control and report to head;
∎ Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions;
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date;
∎ To review progress of works at various stages;
∎ Updates about land and develop it as necessary requirements; and
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in relevant field. Less than 2 years of experience need not apply.
∎ Strong knowledge about Land Development.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour
