Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading & training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.
∎ Directs, administers and controls the day to day operations.
∎ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to communicate with our US based client.
∎ Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Candidates have to work between 7 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday even on Govt Holidays.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A Level or Bachelor degree in any discipline (Fluency in English speaking & writing is mandatory).
∎ Preferred Training/Trade Course: Telemarketing/ Call Center/ Customer Care.
∎ Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
∎ Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
∎ Superb verbal communication, interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
∎ Proficient using Microsoft Suite.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience working in an international Call Center.
∎ Must be fluent in Spoken English with standard pronunciation.
∎ Candidates from English medium will get high priority.
∎ Should have excellent communication skill with Customer service etiquette.
Salary:
∎ You have an opportunity to earn 30000-35000 Taka in a month.
