∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up on the Requisition raised by the plant.
∎ Sourcing of the required material, and collecting Quotations from the vendors.
∎ Make Comparative Statement based on the offers collected and reporting to supervisor.
∎ Preparing and issuing Work Order with the approval of the upper management.
∎ Follow-up on the works completed and report to the supervisor.
∎ Checking the validity of the billing documents submitted by the working party and the inventory documents submitted by the plant authority.
∎ Arranging the bills along with proper documents and getting approval of the upper management.
∎ Submitting the approved billing documents to the Accounts department and follow-up if the Accounts or Audit has any observation.
∎ Continuous communication with the plant authority, and vendors regarding their status, work progress and receiving of payments and update the supervisor.
∎ Keeping records of all the Work Orders issued, bills submitted and maintaining the documents in the server.
∎ Inventory Monitor and work as per SLA
∎ Sample collection from plant and send to different vendor for testing purpose.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Worked in a power generation company will get extra preference.
∎ Communication, Multitasking, Technical skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer operating system & software (MS Excel, MS Word).
∎ Ability to work under pressure
