Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement supply chain strategies.
∎ Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.
∎ Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability and build up long-term, collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
∎ Monitor market price regularly
∎ Ensure supplier compliance with food safety standards
∎ Maintain optimal inventory levels
∎ Balancing inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing storage costs and preventing stock outs.
∎ Analyzes current inventories and procedures, suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
∎ Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
∎ Manage inbound logistics for raw materials and outbound logistics for finished products.
∎ Optimize delivery routes to minimize delays and transportation costs.
∎ Align material supply with daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
∎ Adjust procurement and production plans
∎ Minimize overstocking and stock outs by balancing supply and demand.
∎ Ensure products and processes comply with food safety laws and internal QA standards.
∎ Conduct supplier audits and participate in internal/external quality checks.
∎ Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and service
∎ Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
∎ Work closely with other related department to carry out the smooth operations
