Billing and Costing, Commercial, Purchase Procurement, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PI Checking and necessary change. Issue PO based on PI and Order List
∎ PI Collection and checking price of each SKU and doing needfull
∎ After PO approval, share scan copy with respective party
∎ Arranging for LC transmission avg. 14 days prior to ETD in SO/PI. (where necessary)
∎ Monitor Monthly Deliver Status
∎ Control Shipment follow up and supplier coordination
∎ Control to reduce import release time and demurrage
∎ Ensuring F & B coordination to enable them meeting monthly management report deadline and vendor handling.
∎ Ensure LC transmission at proper time
∎ Ensure forwarder & C&F agent follow up
∎ Ensuring F&B coordination to enable them meeting monthly management report deadline.
∎ Bill collection and settle with Accounts within 3 days from delivery.
∎ Submitting approved costing within 6days from delivery.
∎ Maintaining Purchase, Delivery, Bill Register daily basis.
∎ Maintaining Pricing Portfolio
∎ Maintaining Physical Documentation daily basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
Salary: Negotiable
