Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a commercially minded, analytical professional to join our sales team, with a strong focus on MIS reporting, business analysis, and sales performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain sales MIS, performance reports, and management dashboards using Excel.
Analyze sales trends, customer performance, and business data to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and team productivity.
Provide meaningful insights to support management decisions and improve sales performance.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate reporting and effective execution.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales MIS, reporting, or business analysis.
Excellent command of Excel, with strong reporting and analytical skills.
Good commercial understanding and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
