∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, MBA (Marketing will get preference).

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all purchase and procurement from local & foreign sources in according to companies policies & requirements.
∎ Purchase Real Estate raw materials like Cement, Steel, Rod, Concrete, others general items.
∎ Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
∎ Maintain and implement construction proforma / budget for each project.
∎ Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.
∎ Have to manage materials from vendors within due time.
∎ Research regarding new materials for design, cost saving and services to meet the company’s goals.
∎ Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification.
∎ Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
∎ Establish good relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and quality of work.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
