Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Product Register in Receive Register Book.
∎ Store products in Procurement Warehouse.
∎ Receive Product Register in Issue Register Book and Hand Over to Concerned Department.
∎ Collect all Invoice and make a monthly Total Expenditure List.
∎ Check The Monthly Expenditure List and share with concerned personnel.
∎ Prepare monthly supplier’s payment report.
∎ Submit invoices to Concerned Department’s HoD and collect Notes and Approval.
∎ Submit invoices to Finance & Accounts Department to Proceed the Payment.
∎ Collect payment slips from Finance & Accounts Department.
∎ Share payment slips with Suppliers.
∎ Collect Money Receipts against Payment Slips from Suppliers.
∎ Enlist Monthly All Purchased Assets in Asset Management File.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong understanding of business needs and expectations.
∎ Sound knowledge at MS Office Applications.
∎ Can work under pressure.
