∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical, Industrial Machinery, Purchase/ Procurement, Raw Materials Sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to sourcing & procurement of raw materials, spare parts, chemical, machinery etc. As per specification.
∎ Formulate and execute sourcing plan and strategies for all direct & indirect materials.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers relating to price, credit terms, quality, on time delivery and return policies for achieving best buy.
∎ Ensure availability, right price, quality in line of outcome from supply demand process.
∎ Responsible to sourcing of potential suppliers on regular basis, evaluating suppliers’ qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of purchase orders.
∎ Responsible to coordination with Factory engineer & store for routine materials requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
∎ PSI & Sample Testing must be done as per specification of RM
∎ Evaluating comparative statement (CS) and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
∎ Contribute in company's cost savings by ensuring efficient procurement.
∎ Coordinate in developing ERP Software/ Procurement Software as per user demand.
∎ Maintains purchasing records & related documentation (purchase products, delivery information & invoices).
∎ Leading, guiding, motivating and empowering within framework sourcing team towards achieving of overall ABP targets, strategic sourcing plans and enhance knowledge on relevant technological development.
∎ Ensure suppliers’ assessment and development process in place and executed to optimize consistency of quality and service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have technical knowledge and experience in engineers’ based company.
∎ Sound knowledge in procurement, billing and ERP Software
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to work hard in stressful situation.
∎ Energetic, Confident and proactive.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is must.
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing Bengali and English
