∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Good Computer Skills and Communication

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Airline ticket reservation hotel booking, Airline Ticketing, Tours and Travel Agency
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities.
∎ Visiting all sister concerns building for cleaning issues.
∎ Arranging travel & accommodations for foreign delegates & management.
∎ Issuing air tickets, booking hotel rooms & resorts.
∎ Communicating with travel agency for ticket purpose.
∎ Reporting on daily basis to department head.
∎ Solving different administrative issues or cases by consulting with reporting boss & Supervisor.
∎ Drafting different notices, letters both in bangla & english.
∎ will be responsible for all sister concerns administrative issues.
∎ Monitoring office assistant & their movement.
∎ Candidate must have convincing, pleasant and motivational personality.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Both Bangla & English typing specially in bijoy.
∎ Living near Uttara will get preference.
∎ Experienced in Admin & Ticketing related work will be added advantages.

Salary: Negotiable
