Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ Bsc in CSE, MBA Major in Marketing or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and implement strategic programs to achieve significant increases/improvements in brand awareness of the University.
∎ Engage in different kinds of digital marketing activities (ie. writing blogs, facebook post, preparing short videos for YouTube etc.)
∎ Undertake the promotional activities for student admission, establish rapport with different institution/company
∎ Plan, prepare and allocate semester wise promotional budgets.
∎ Assisting in promotional content creation for different media (Electronic & print media)
∎ Communicate with different stakeholders, counselors of the university to increase admission/student intake.
∎ Organize students visit, conduct workshop seminars in the department frequently being a member of MPB
∎ Preparing and supervising the production and distribution of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia contents.
∎ Sourcing and managing sponsorship opportunities for different events of the university.
∎ Work closely with other college/university deans and department heads in matters relating to marketing and promotion policies/procedures.
∎ Representing the brand positively in a multitude setting.
∎ Participating in event marketing
∎ Generating brand awareness through word-of-mouth communication
∎ Ensuring and supervising outdoor advertising in all target geographical area (i.e. banner, festoon, billboard etc.) effectively.
∎ Regularly visit or communicate with backward integrated institute i.e. higher secondary colleges, polytechnic institutes, admission coaching centers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience in a customer service environment.
∎ Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
∎ Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Should be a quick learner and should be able to multi task.
∎ Good team player within a target-driven environment.
∎ Having good Interpersonal, Team and Analytical skills.
∎ Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
∎ Should be able to work independently or part of the team with minimal guidance or supervision
∎ Should be flexible and adaptive to the work environment, goal oriented and ability to achieve given targets.
∎ Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook mail.
