Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the leads go through proper Interior funnel experience and has the highest chance to be converted
∎ Maintain and uphold Bproperty standard in every concept, interior design, pitch and execution.
∎ Manager internal teams and vendors to deliver Interior projects on time.
∎ Ensure Daily, weekly and monthly KPI are maintained and followed up
∎ Suggest process improvements, business insights and internal stakeholder management tools for this business to grow constantly
∎ In future, incumbents have the possibility to grow as senior Architect within the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must share: Interior project design and actual execution samples from previous company. Please note that we are not looking for your construction, building design or development.
Salary: Negotiable
