Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc degree preferably in Environmental Science from any reputed university.
∎ Significant additional training in relevant technical and professional skills is required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote incident prevention in the Power Plant complex for the benefit of employees and visitors.
∎ Conducts risk mitigation measures on-site prior to project commencement.
∎ Handling All Environmental, Health and Safety issues of the company in order to compliance with requirements of DoE, Bangladesh Bank and World Bank.
∎ Ensures emergency response is effective and that managers and employees are prepared at all times.
∎ Ensures that work safety permits are enforced.
∎ Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE Training.
∎ Correct obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel/ authority.
∎ Support top management in the HSE management system standard issues, HSE policy and guideline issues.
∎ Support Top Management in the organization roles and responsibilities for what concerns safety aspects.
∎ Pertaining HSE Policy development, safety inspections, safety training and compliance with the occupational safety and health administration (OSHA).
∎ Any other HSE responsibilities assigned by the Plant Manager.

∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - sound knowledge in MS Office package
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines
