Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Finance/ Management
∎ CA (CC)/ACCA/CMA-Part qualified are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accurate Data entry into all level of accounting in the company.
∎ To prepare management reports on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conducting banking related tasks, Bank account operate and maintain all bank transactions.
∎ Manage and review billing processes (Accounts Payable/ Receivable).
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Cash management & cash disbursement.
∎ Budget & Fund Flow Check and Check the Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
∎ Assist in preparing financial statements (cash flow statement, income statements, And Balance sheet etc.) for company.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 2-3 year(s) work experiences are required in relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts and Finance, Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) will be preferred :Hospital, International Lab, Service Oriented
∎ Proficiency in maintaining accounts using software also need efficiency in using MS Excel and Data Transfer
