∎ Post-Graduation in any relevant subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper knowledge in high rise building clearance by Fire Service, Civil Aviation and other govt. authorities
∎ Practical experience in Land use clearance, plan clearance by different govt. authorities, large/special project clearance and plan approval by RAJUK
∎ Knowledge in electrical sub-station installation, licensing board approval and temporary/permanent (WASA, electricity & gas) utility connection installation, road cutting permission etc.
∎ Practical experience in power of attorney acceptance by different authorities, sale permission and mutation
∎ Skilled & proper concept in Bangla drafting to different law enforcing authorities of the country
∎ Monthly MIS report & departmental budget preparation
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 years' experience in real estate sector
∎ Age 25 to 28 years preferred
∎ 4 years' experience in approval procedure of different Govt. offices
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issue
∎ Candidates from public universities will be given preference
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
