The position of Senior Executive/Executive will be Head Office based and responsible for day to day operational activities of Logistics Department of MGI.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementing improvements to internal or external logistics system.
∎ Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
∎ Optimizing Operational & maintenance cost.
∎ Negotiating and Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
∎ Dealing with Govt. laws, regulations and other compliance issue.
∎ Tracking and updating Legal documents for vehicle & vessel management.
∎ Resolving any arising problem or complaint for stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of ERP Transport module other relevant software will be an added advantage.
∎ Good English language skills.
∎ Advanced knowledge on MS Excel operation
Salary: Negotiable
