Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil/Mechanical/Naval Architect/Electrical Engineering from reputed University
∎ MBA in Marketing and Experience in Tower Design will be an added advantage

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Sales & Marketing, substation, tower, Transmission line
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business
∎ 1. Study and analyze Tender documents for Transmission Lines and Substations
∎ 2. Study and Analyze Tower Drawings
∎ 3. Update MIS (Internal ERP software) regularly
∎ 4. Factory visit during inspection of products with customers
∎ 5. Prepare project plan and project progress reports
∎ 6. Keep liaison with present and potential customer
∎ 7. Follow company policy & corporate strategies.
∎ 8. Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
∎ 9. Enhance existing Project execution process
∎ 10. Frequent visit at Client's office and Site Visit (if required)
∎ 11. Co-ordinate with all related stake holders (Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance Control, Accounts, IT)
∎
∎ Leadership
∎ 1. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
∎ 2. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
∎
∎ Management
∎ 1. Ensure maximum utilization of resources. Understanding of business environment.
∎ 2. Ensure that the Finance department is given accurate information for billing
∎ 3. Co-ordination with commercial team regarding invoices, L/C and Bank Guarantee.
∎ 4. Assist planning; gathering, processing and analyzing information on all aspects of the customer's business. This will include an audit into the customer's business, personnel, issues and objectives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of relevant Experience (2 years in Transmission Line/ Substation project)
∎ Good contact with Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) and Foreign Turn-key contractors of PGCB
∎ Demonstrate personal integrity, confidence, and adherence to organization culture, motivational skills, team spirit and relationship building.
∎ Experience in Project Management
∎ Experience in Sales & Marketing of Engineering products
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel (Data analysis and report preparation)
∎ Expertise in AutoCAD is a must. (MS Tower, PLS tower will add more value)
∎ Sound knowledge in Transmission Line tower design and project execution.
∎ A critical thinker and problem solver.
