Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitoring all electrical works activity at the construction project.
∎ Planning of Electrical works in coordination with civil and mechanical team.
∎ Responsible for the implementations and monitoring of all Electrical related installations at the site as per approved drawings.
∎ To review the documents submitted by the Electrical contractor/supplier while installing electrical components and various machineries.
∎ Maintaining safe work procedure and make the project hazard free.
∎ Ensure quality of works in every phase of construction by maintaining checklist.
∎ Analysis electrical drawing and prepare shop drawing at per site input.
∎ Keep record of all the maintenance of work.
∎ Time to time reporting to superior about progress of the project.
∎ Estimate and prepare the BOQ of the project work on the basis of approved drawing.
∎ Manage and improve all the electrician and labor activity.
∎ To provide safety training to make site staff effective and complete site work on time.
∎ Submit and follow up material requirement and coordinate with respective department to ensure timely handover of the project.
∎ To do any work as per management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge of BNBC.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and eagerness to take challenge under any stress.
∎ Should have strong negotiation and leadership skills.
∎ Tech savvy.
∎ Candidate have project management skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
