∎ Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from any reputed Institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Proper Quality Work for Internal Electrification as per drawing & company standards at different stage of works.
∎ Supervision & monitoring of Sub-station, Generator, Solar, Lift, Fire Pump, CCTV, PABX installation & commissioning.
∎ Preparation of Estimated Budget by using Microsoft Excel considering different stage of work
∎ Preparation of Electrical System Design by using AutoCAD
∎ Preparation of contractor's bills
∎ Ensure the quality of the used materials for electrical works
∎ Prepare modification cost, attend client complain, meeting with L/O, Client as per Requirement of Customer care Department
∎ Any Other works assign by Dept.-In-Charge

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 33 years
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate & Property Development Company
∎ Positive attitude for learning.
∎ Long term vision to develop career in Real Estate Sector.
