Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with minimum 5 years experiences in related field,Preferable in Pharmaceutical Company.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regulatory Affairs:
∎ To prepare and send quarterly status of registration of products within 1st week of the following month.
∎ To obtain approval of price for all products from Drug regulatory authorities.
∎ To obtain prior approval of Block list/NOC for all imports and clearance permission from Drug regulatory authorities.
∎ To deal with all matters relating to Drug regulatory compliance and report to the management every month.
∎ To be responsible for the renewal of all sorts licenses on time and maintain the register properly.
∎ To maintain strong relationship with DGDA and DLS officials and other govt. offices.
∎ Should have basic concept of Foreign Trade and Import procedures.
∎ Foreign Purchase:
∎ Prepare vendor list for import of Raw and primary packaging materials.
∎ Prepare comparative statement of Raw and packaging materials and obtain approval from Vice Chairman and CEO.
∎ Communicate with the local suppliers.
∎ To arrange Insurance both for Company, L/Cs, Transport, clearance etc.
∎ To open L/Cs with bank and follow-up with suppliers for timely shipment of products and inform management timely
∎ To arrange timely clearance of products from customs and communicate with C & F agents.
∎ To handle outside works of the company and bring out positive results.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time.
