Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university or Equivalent, with a minimum GPA 3.00. A third division or equivalent result in any examination will not be accepted.
∎ Candidates with English medium ('O' level & 'A' level) backgrounds or foreign degrees will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attention to detail and quality preparing a duty roster for staff working under him/her.
∎ To ensure that all necessary instructions and guidelines regarding flight movement have appeared in the log book for necessary action.
∎ To personally attend to all VIP/CIP/Special Case passengers, ensuring proper handling by customer service staff.
∎ To make sure that flights (Domestic and International) are closed on time and ensure an on-time departure.
∎ Will ensure briefing of different aspects at the beginning of each shift.
∎ To check the PNL of each and every flight regarding VIP, CIP, Transit passengers, or any other passengers requiring special services, arrange handling accordingly, and also keep the higher management informed.
∎ In case of any delay, coordinate with flight operations, marketing, and sales, make an announcement through the PA system, and also inform the destination station.
∎ To give priority to any transit passenger over any joining passenger and protect their seats in advance to avoid any mishandling.
∎ To send information through SMS and email to the destination immediately after the departure of the flight.
∎ To coordinate with various units of Airport Service, OPS Control, Engineering, and Govt. Agencies like customs, and immigration at the airport.
∎ To carry out any other job as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience: 02-04-year (s) experience in any 4 or 5-star Hotel or minimum 3 years of experience in any reputed airline in customer service.
∎ Height: Male- 165.1 CM (Minimum)/5'-5" ; Female- 160. CM (Minimum)/5'-3"
∎ Weight: Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18.5-25.0).
∎ Age: Up-to 35 years as on 31 August 2023. No affidavit will be accepted.
∎ Eyesight : 6/6. No spectacle will be accepted.
∎ Language Skill : Fluent in both Bengali & English (both written & spoken).
∎ Medical Fitness : Good physical health and medically fit to meet Customer Service requirements.
∎ Physical Appearance : Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the body.
∎ Attitude & bearing : Should be positive and impressive.
∎ Residency Requirement : Must relocate to Uttara.

Salary: Negotiable
