Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor /Master Degree from a reputed institutions.
∎ Concentration on Supply Chain or Operation Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain,Commercial

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export Commercial, Export Documentation, Export/ Import through L/C, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make export document for Knit Garments.
∎ Capable to manage 4-5 buyer in a same time independently and to prepare 150-200 document per week.
∎ Scrutiny of export L/C, Contract, PO Sheet and UD.
∎ To checked description, Cat, HS code and unit price.
∎ To prepare shipment chart as LC and sales contract.
∎ To place booking the buyer nominated forwarder through internet or e-mail and checking shipping approval.
∎ Prepare customs document, BL draft, Final document, Bank document etc.
∎ To pass CO, GSP, AFTA, SAFTA from EPB.
∎ Check outstanding payment and take necessary steps to get payment.
∎ To liaison with the forwarder, buyer and merchandiser for shipment purpose through e-mail or over phone.
∎ Present Shipping document to respective offices on times or send to Buyer directly.
∎ Work with UD, LC, BTB LC and EPB.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authorized person.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Experience in the field of Commercial Sectors specially knit Garments.
∎ Preferred experience for buyers like, Hanes, A.Tion Fashion, Heam, Cindrella, AADI, H&M, K-Mart.
∎ Good Command both in English and Bangla.
∎ Competent in MS Office package.

Salary: Negotiable
