Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Purchase/ Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about Import procedure
∎ Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance functions
∎ Sound knowledge about customs clearance documents and procedure
∎ Sound knowledge about trade license, chambers, Registrar of Joint Stock, Board of Investment, DGDP and other permits renewals.
∎ Overlook vehicle registration procedures
∎ Maintain liaison with import relevant field such as Government officer, customs, VAT, CCI&E etc.
∎ Capability to Negotiate with Bank
∎ Shipment schedule follow-up with freight forwarder
∎ Competency on payment terms and tax calculations
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about import trading, communication and documentation.
∎ Sound knowledge about competitor's product line information
∎ Keep close liaison with foreign Principals and local vendors
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Trade License, Supply Chain, Export/Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobiles Sales, Automobile Accessories
∎ Relevant experience in Import and LC documentation would give competitive edge
∎ Excellent analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills are required
∎ Individual performer as well as team player with the understanding of organizations culture and ethics
∎ Advanced level PC skills particularly in Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Internet browsing, MS outlook is essential) with excellent typing and communication skill
