Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage customer relationship activities and ensure their satisfaction at an optimum level
∎ Build and maintain a profitable and sustainable relationships with key clients
∎ Understand key clients' individual needs and coordinate to implement as appropriate
∎ Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the existing client relationship team
∎ Liaise with the design, construction, and structural team to implement the requirements of the clients
∎ Coordinate with the concerned department to modify drawing of the project as per the preference of the clients
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the specific construction materials preferred by the clients
∎ Keep clients updated on the latest projects in order to increase sales
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Ability to anticipate the needs and trends of customers and stakeholders
∎ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
∎ People leadership
∎ Problem-solving skill
∎ Ability to prioritize
∎ Attention to details
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
