Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of all kind of civil work (RCC, Masonry, Plumbing etc.)
∎ Supervision all kind of finishing work (door & window fittings, paint, tiles, floor epoxy, aluminum window work etc.)
∎ To coordination of different activities of the construction projects.
∎ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.
∎ Supervise construction & maintenance activities at the construction projects and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards following construction checklist.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management & ensure safety, security, and cleanness.
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Prepare BOQ, schedule the project in logical steps and prepare budget, time required to meet deadline.
∎ Participate in project meetings with site engineer, sub-contractors, and other engineering related personnel.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical problems at project.
∎ To manage & control maintenance tools, engineering stores and equipment.
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
∎ Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
∎ Raise purchase requisition & follow-up with Supply Chain Management Dept. (SCM) for materials after proper estimation.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress report with photograph & email top management.
∎ To identify structural defects & quickly take initiate to rectify the structure.
∎ Periodic structural inspection (PSI)/Monthly report check & recommend for the rectification for management approval.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Able to do estimate of any construction work.
∎ Able to maintain Construction Site.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & self-motivation
∎ Excellent communication skill.
