Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/post graduation from reputed public & private university
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, IPE or Textile Engineering will get preference
∎ Those who have completed Advance courses on Supply Chain Management will also be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Procurement, Purchase
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Procurement, Purchase
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for purchase and procurement from local & foreign sourcing according to company's policies & requirements.
∎ Purchase Textiles, Garments, accessories Machines specially Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, AOP, washing and its spare parts by locally or abroad.
∎ Purchase maintenance & utility items as & when required.
∎ Assist in preparation & verification of purchase deed work orders.
∎ Act as senior point of contact for purchase and procurement activities, including owning, maintaining and updating the purchase and procurement schedules and Status Report.
∎ Develop, own and maintain a supply chain network, Ensure suppliers are accredited on to the Supplier database and are aligned with the company's Ethics & Code of Conduct.
∎ Develop and successfully running of the purchase and procurement Project Team, including personnel, planning, approvals, policies, procedures, compliance and reporting.
∎ Coordinate and maintain effective communication with all suppliers for delivering the incoming goods.
∎ Create time and action plan for all order and follow-up regularly.
∎ Follow up with potential suppliers (nominated/non-nominated where applicable) for price & quality.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In depth knowledge on purchasing Textiles & garments machines & spare parts.
∎ In depth knowledge on Local & International source especially on RMG & Textile division.
∎ Should have strong connection with local and overseas supplier and capable of sourcing new suppliers.
∎ Only Those who are highly experience to handle Textiles machines & its spare parts are encourage to apply.
∎ No need to apply who doesn't have an experience to procure the machine & spare parts.
Salary: Negotiable
