Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyes Chemical, Wet Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange sample/specimens from the customer for performing necessary lab test
∎ Send those lab test samples to the Samuda factory Lab department to perform the necessary examination
∎ Analyze the sample (collected from the customer factory) and select company products from our existing portfolio to present the customer
∎ Coordinate with the customer factory to discuss the product suitability and present Samuda product meeting the product quality and price parameter
∎ Providing demand-wise technical support to regular clients for basic chemical and textile auxiliaries
∎ Ensure collaboration with the production team, technical team, and marketing for better planning and teamwork
∎ Support the head of sales in collecting technical information and guideline for different competitors' products
∎ Overall supervision of technical aspects of the wet process on auxiliaries, dyes, and basic chemicals from fibre to fabric.
∎ Perform trials, check procedures, parameters, programs, and process control of all types of fibre in various methods/processes.
∎ Ensure problem-solving at all points of the wet process in a cost-efficient manner.
∎ Ensure after-sales service for a better customer experience.
∎ Contribute to increasing company brand image in the textile industry.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor
