∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management /Supply Chain Management will be preferred from any reputed Public/ Private University.
∎ Professional degree in Supply Chain Management will be added advantage.

∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ Oriental Real Estate Ltd. is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive person who has enough practical experience and knowledge on Supply Chain Management in Real Estate Industry.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective purchase of all materials and services as required by the procurement plan whilst ensuring quality control and compliance with the Company’s standards, policies and procedure. He will spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimization, as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Sound Procurement experience in Cement, Sand, Stone Chips, Aggregate, Admixture, Lubricant, Mechanical & Auto mobiles equipment, etc.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern Projects/units/department requirements.
∎ Ensure best quality of materials with economical rates within the budget.
∎ Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
∎ Develop alternative sources of supply & smart supplier's database.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement action Plan and function wise yearly procurement budget.
∎ Enlist potential & reliable vendors and ensure that procurement of materials are in conformity with material requisition/indent as well as procurement policies & guidelines.
∎ Plan, organize & control the purchase activities of the local & the foreign sources in order to achieve the set target within competitive price margin.
∎ Introduce supplier assessment techniques. Select, Evaluate & prepare the supplier list and take approval from management.
∎ Arrange to reconcile the monthly information of procurement software with physical inventory. And ensure that procurement software is always being updated and accurate.
∎ Ensure to check the actual/competitive price of different goods and materials by visiting the market frequently.
