Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procuring the right product and ensuring timely & cost-effective acquisition.
∎ Forecasting demand of products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
∎ Visiting markets, assess existing vendors, develop new ones & maintain a professional relationship with the vendors.
∎ Negotiating with vendors to secure the best price & the most advantageous terms for the company.
∎ Preparing comparative statement, acquire approvals & issue Purchase Order systematically.
∎ Processing payments and invoices of suppliers.
∎ Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.
∎ Adequate knowledge in purchasing of local construction material.
∎ Expertise on Marble and foreign tiles procurement and aesthetic knowledge.
∎ Prepare schedule to deliver materials and ensure delivery the right product at the right time at right place.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Age at least 28 years
