Job Context:
∎ UNIGAS is constructing a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations will be in Broader Dhaka & Mongla/Khulna region. The company is now looking for some dynamic, self-motivated and high caliber individuals for the following positions:
∎ Job Location : Corporate Office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the existing vendors' performance, quality, service, price, commitment.
∎ Continuous market searching for enlisting the trustee vendors considering the low price, best quality product & service, commitment.
∎ Participates in spot purchase.
∎ Report regarding transaction of volume for each vendor.
∎ Recommend for changing the vendors' for high price but low quality, commitment fail.
∎ Review the vendors' list time to time.
∎ Minutely checking the engineering items when these are received.
∎ Investigate reported occurrences of fraud, embezzlement, theft, waste, etc.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years experience in internal audit department particularly working with SCM.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depends on job experience
