Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the managerial team, including staff food management, travel arrangements, expense tracking, visit & meeting coordination.
∎ Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure the entire park is clean, organized, and conducive to daily operation.
∎ Ensuring effective communication and coordination with various govt offices & ensure all license is up to date. Facilitate information flow between departments and team members.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
∎ Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various initiatives, and events of FLC.
∎ Provide guidance and support to administrative staff, ensuring their productivity, performance, and professional development.
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes.
∎ Assist in budget preparation and monitoring. Control expenses by reviewing invoices, statements, and expenditure requests.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
∎ Stationary allocation to Dispatch department wise..
∎ Dispatch letter & office document send courier service to assigned place.
∎ Maintain Company vehicles & Ensure staff transport facilities.
∎ Rental collection
∎ Agro & Fisheries related task.
∎ Both Park Cleaning & Gardening ensure.
∎ Maintain all kind of VIP protocol.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-5 years experience on purchase.
∎ computer literacy: knowledgeable on MS Office.
∎ Working under pressure.
∎ Excellent negotiation skill.
