Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Partly qualification of CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA will get preference
∎ Skills Required: VAT and Tax
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Finance/ Accounts, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance and VAT Act.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT "Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Preparation and submission Of VAT Return.
∎ Preparation and submission of annual TAX return and related documents to TAX authority in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS & VDS deduction from suppliers' bill, prepare TDS & VDS challans and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Document management related to TAX & VAT.
∎ Make monthly, half-yearly, yearly & consolidated financial statements.
∎ Day to day Accounts operation - bill checking, posting, validation
∎ Prepare Financial statements, budget & budgetary control management
∎ Maintain of compliance, i.e. bank reconciliation, internal and external audit management
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Textile/RMG based related experience candidate will be get preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following (Accounts/Finance/VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Must have good command in English & Bengali (speaking and writing).
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ A team player and a good communicator and capable to work under pressure
