Job Context:
∎ Confidence Cement Dhaka Ltd is looking for a Senior Executive - Administration.
∎ Cement Plant Location: Danga, Norshindi.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of Housekeeping (as per 5S), welfare, cleanliness, security, safety issues, and health & Hygiene activities.
∎ Responsible for all administrative jobs in the Plant Premises.
∎ Follow–up control of attendance, leave & absenteeism of employees.
∎ Communicate with the concerned agent for preparing ID cards, Business Cards, Stationary & printing items.
∎ Prepare salary, wages, compensation & benefits sheet.
∎ Ensure to update all NOC, Licenses & Certifications.
∎ Maintain liaison with local affairs, government bodies, neighboring factories and other agencies.
∎ Maintain Logistics and administrative support for assigned factories to maximize productivity.
∎ Perform such other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by Top Management form time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good leadership, execution and teamwork skills with challenges encountering ability.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
∎ Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on HRIS.
∎ Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
