∎ MBA or Masters in HRM/ Management from any reputed university.

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all administrative jobs in the Plant Premises.
∎ Maintain admin and protocol related schedules, resources, property acquisitions, procedures and policies and ensure proper implementation thereof.
∎ Planning, control and supervision of all office transport management.
∎ Shift management, attendance management and roster handling and regularly report to HRBP.
∎ To manage all staffs attendance and ensure that staffs are coming to the office in time and follow and report any absenteeism to HRBP.
∎ To ensure safety, security & protocol of the company, its properties and personnel in co-ordination with the concerned plant head and HRBP.
∎ To Prepare the Overtime, Holiday allowances, Attendance report etc in co-ordination with HRBP.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and develop operating budgets relating to administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost effective manner.
∎ Maintain liaison with local affairs, government bodies, neighboring factories and other agencies.
∎ Implementation security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management.

∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field
∎ Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - sound knowledge in MS Office package
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines
