Additional Requirements:
∎ 05-07 years of relevant experience .
∎ Basic knowledge of cement manufacturing technology and equipment and process.
∎ Knowledge of Breakdown and deterioration analysis , wear protection technology , Reliability engineering ,Wear Debris technology , Improvement methodology and modern trends in inspection and monitoring , FEMA , Data provided by production sensor ( CIM 21 ,PI)
∎ Knowledge of detection technique through Vibration analysis , Condition monitoring technique , NDT & potential measurement method .
∎ Knowledge of Plant CMMS (MAXIMO/SAP), scheduling software MS Project , preventive maintenance methods, maintenance filling methods .
∎ Knowledge of lubricant properties and lubrication methods
∎ Ability design Inspection and trend recording/monitoring formats , preventive and predictive inspection formats ,
∎ Analytical skills & reasoning ability. Could understand and use recommendation made by external specialists after measurement and test.
∎ Knowledge of risk analysis (impact on production and environment), ADAP, ISO 9000 and ISO 1400, TPM .
∎ Knowledge of tools for statistical analysis of incidents (ADAP, Down time reporting system, CORP monthly maintenance dash board.

Responsibilities & Context:
