∎ B.Sc in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from any public University.

∎ Having good leadership skills will get preference like: Effective Communication, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Decision making, Creativity, Time management, Stress management. Who have experience with QC or QA in steel industry or Re-Rolling plant they will be given preference.
∎ Sincere, Self-confident, Energetic, Punctual, Honest, Team player, & ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate & supervises the Shift-In charge(s) efficiently for producing the best quality re-bars.
∎ To ensure the chemical composition & physical properties of B500CWR, B500DWR and 420/60G grade re-bars as per ISO, BDSISO, ASTM, GB, GHOST, BS & other international standards for customer satisfaction & company’s goals.
∎ Prepare & keep record of Quality assurance report, non-conforming bar’s report, process control parameters, standard operating procedure (SOP), Mill test certificate, ISO file, ERP, RRP & other related report & documents.
∎ To perform root cause analysis in QC line & resolve problems accordingly. To develop the team member through coaching & mentoring for better performance.
∎ To maintain effective communication with cross functional department for assuring product quality.
∎ To support or facilitate marketing & other department regarding all quality related requirements·
∎ Performance appraisal of team member will make with professional manner as second line/supervisor/line manager.
∎ Any other job assigned by the higher authority for the benefit of the company from time to time.
