Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be able to Execute & deliver top-notch premium residential projects in Baridhara & Gulshan.
∎ Lead the engineering team in the construction and execution of high-end residential projects.
∎ Oversee all phases of project development from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with international designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction elements.
∎ Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with all RAJUK and governmental regulations.
∎ Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and vendors, to address project requirements and resolve any issues.
∎ Provide expert guidance on materials, methods, and equipment to achieve the desired outcomes.
∎ Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
∎ Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are strictly followed on-site.
